Frank Scheepers has joined the Raventós Codorníu Group’s management team as International Sales Director. Frank will be head of international sales networks across the European, Asian, and North and Latin American markets and will report directly to CEO Ramón Raventós.
From Belgium, married father-of-two Frank Scheepers has more than 22 years of consumer-focused experience in the international drinks industry. Before joining Raventós Codorníu, he was Business Unit President for export in Europe, the Middle East and Global Travel Retail at Anheuser-Busch InBev.
His recruitment is part of the new management strategy implemented by Ramón Raventós since becoming CEO of the wine company last November, and shows a clear drive for internationalisation and growth of the company across its key global markets, aimed at consolidating its leading role in the world’s premium wine sector.
Raventós stated: “We are very excited about Frank joining us as sales director for international markets. Frank has a deep understanding of the global marketplace and a great capacity for leadership, as well as proven experience in building strong commercial relationships.”
